If a registered entity will contract instead, enter its exact legal name below before signing.

1. Included work

One responsive, one-page business website using client-approved content; up to six agreed sections; navigation; business contact links; and links to existing booking, ordering, or payment services as listed below. Deliverables include the final HTML/CSS/JavaScript files and website assets, or the platform-specific deliverables expressly agreed below, plus basic handoff instructions. A contact link may open an email draft; it does not automatically send a message.

Hosting setup or deployment is included only if specifically listed here. Custom booking software, online stores, automatic form delivery, copywriting, logo design, paid images, music, video, and extra pages are excluded unless added in writing.

2. Price & payment

Design fee: $299.00. Deposit: $149.50 after both parties agree to this project. Remaining design balance: $149.50 after written final approval and before launch or final-file delivery. Any legally required sales tax will be shown separately on the invoice; confirm the applicable tax treatment before invoicing. Domain, hosting, subscriptions, and approved third-party purchases are separate.

Square deposit link: https://square.link/u/LadnY4Um
Use this link only for the agreed $149.50 website design deposit. Any taxes or other charges must be clearly invoiced; do not assume this link collects them.

Working terms

3. Client materials & schedule

Client supplies accurate business details, text, prices, hours, contact information, logo, and usable photos, and confirms permission to use all supplied content. Client approves its claims and any privacy, accessibility, or industry-specific requirements and policies. YoVision will implement requirements expressly included in the scope; legal-policy drafting and compliance audits are separate services.

Work starts after signing, receiving the deposit, and receiving necessary materials. Dates depend on timely feedback and service access. Client will respond within five business days where practical; delays shift the schedule. Silence is not approval. After 30 days without a needed response, YoVision may pause the project after written notice; restart timing is agreed in writing.

4. Revisions, approval & changes

Two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope are included. A round means one consolidated feedback list covering text, colors, images, or layout. New sections, features, a new design direction, or additional rounds require a written quote approved before work begins. Client reviews the final preview and confirms approval by email. YoVision checks the agreed links and layout on current phone and desktop browsers; integrations require the client's authorized accounts and may incur provider fees.

5. Hosting, domain & access

Client should own its domain and hosting accounts and is responsible for renewals and provider charges. Client grants only necessary access through invitations or secure sharing. Hosting uptime, third-party service changes, search ranking, traffic, sales, and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed. Do not send passwords or payment-card details in ordinary email.

6. Ownership & permitted use

Client retains ownership of its supplied content. After full payment, YoVision assigns to Client the copyright it owns in original, client-specific final content created for this project. YoVision retains its pre-existing and reusable templates, layouts, code, tools, and general methods, and grants Client a perpetual, worldwide, nonexclusive license to use, copy, modify, and have others maintain those materials as part of the delivered website. Client may transfer the website with its business, but may not resell YoVision's reusable materials as standalone templates. Third-party and AI-created assets remain subject to their applicable terms; no exclusive copyright in AI-created assets is promised. YoVision will identify included third-party materials and relevant license restrictions at handoff. This agreement does not grant rights to music, books, or unrelated projects.

7. Support & optional updates

For 14 calendar days after delivery, YoVision will correct reported defects in its delivered work that prevent it from matching the agreed scope, without an additional design fee. New requests or damage caused by later edits are quoted separately. Ongoing maintenance is not included. Optional updates are $50 per month for up to two minor text or photo changes, only under a separate written opt-in covering start date, billing, and cancellation; no automatic enrollment.

Cancellation, consent & signatures

8. Cancellation & refunds

Either party may cancel by email. Before work starts, the deposit is refunded in full. After work starts, Client pays for completed work and specifically approved, nonrecoverable third-party costs, supported by an itemized record. For an orderly cancellation calculation, design work is valued at $25 per hour, capped at the agreed $299 design fee unless an approved written change increases it. YoVision returns any payment above those earned amounts within 14 calendar days. If YoVision cancels, the same reconciliation applies and paid-for completed work is provided. No blanket nonrefundable deposit applies. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

9. Confidentiality & portfolio permission

Both parties will protect nonpublic project information, use it only to complete the project, and disclose it only as necessary to approved service providers or as required by law. No sensitive personal data collection is included without a separate agreed scope.

Portfolio permission — select one

If neither option is selected, permission is not granted. No private client information will be displayed.

10. Resolving problems & agreement changes

A party reporting a problem will describe it by email and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Neither party waives statutory rights through this agreement. Kentucky law governs to the extent applicable, subject to mandatory law. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith; no mandatory arbitration or waiver of court remedies is imposed. This signed agreement and its attached written scope contain the agreed project terms. Changes to scope, fees, or obligations require both parties' written agreement. A provider-client relationship is created, not employment or partnership.

11. Acceptance

By signing, each signer confirms authority to act for the named party and agrees to the completed project scope and terms. Email approval can document project reviews, but this agreement must be signed by both parties before work begins. Keep a completed copy with the invoice and payment receipts.

Signature spaces are for printing or completing with your chosen signature tool. Typing a name here does not submit or authenticate a signature.
